PRACTICAL DETAILS FOR YOUR NEXT STEP

Plan with more confidence.

Helpful details, clear questions and the information to prepare before making an arrangement.

01

How do I choose the right care service?

Start with the duties required and the times when help is needed. Personal support, hospital companionship and prescribed nursing tasks may need different arrangements. Use the relevant service page to prepare questions, then ask MCS to discuss the person’s requirements and currently available options.

  • List the required tasks
  • Identify clinical needs
  • Explain the preferred schedule
02

What information should I send first?

A useful first message includes your name, contact number, care address, preferred package and a short description. You can also explain the intended start date in the description. Avoid sending identity documents or detailed clinical records in an initial enquiry; ask how further assessment information should be shared.

  • Use the Contact Us form
  • Provide the full care address
  • Describe the support required
03

Can I discuss a caregiver before deciding?

Ask MCS whether an interview with suitable available caregivers can be arranged for your request. Use that conversation to explain routines, language preferences and the agreed duties. An illustrative profile on this website does not identify an available worker or guarantee a particular assignment.

  • Ask about suitable candidates
  • Discuss communication preferences
  • Confirm the assigned person
04

Does stay-in mean continuous awake care?

Do not assume that living at the care address means uninterrupted awake supervision. Explain overnight assistance or supervision requirements separately, then discuss working hours, rest and any additional staffing. The household and caregiver should have a clear written understanding before the arrangement begins.

  • Describe overnight needs
  • Agree rest periods
  • Discuss staffing for continuous supervision
05

How are package prices confirmed?

The package page shows the supplied MCS rates as a starting point for comparison. Final duties, staffing, dates and any additional charges require a quotation. Ask about off-day replacements, extra hours and relevant equipment or supplies so the written price reflects the proposed arrangement.

  • Compare the relevant tier
  • Confirm extras and replacement cover
  • Request the final written quotation
06

What happens when I submit the contact form?

The form opens WhatsApp with your details prepared in a message to 012 650 1805. You review the message and tap Send inside WhatsApp. Contact enquiries do not automatically become bookings, and the website does not send the WhatsApp message on your behalf.

  • Review the message
  • Tap Send in WhatsApp
  • Discuss the next step with MCS

Helpful answers.

What details are needed for an enquiry?

Share the service, location, preferred start date and schedule, plus a short outline of support needed. Avoid sending identity documents or full medical records in the initial form.

Can I choose the caregiver’s language?

Tell us your preferred language. Matching depends on the available staff and will be confirmed before placement.

Is submitting the form a confirmed booking?

No. The form sends an enquiry. Availability, suitability, fees and start date need confirmation from the team.

Are medicines and equipment included?

Do not assume they are included. Ask for an itemised quotation covering consumables, equipment, transport and any additional clinical services.

What happens on days off?

Terms vary by package. Some supplied plans list replacement, while others have off days and RM200 per-day replacement charges. Confirm the exact arrangement in writing.

Can one caregiver provide uninterrupted 24-hour care?

A live-in arrangement needs rest and breaks. Continuous active care may require additional staff or shifts. Discuss overnight needs explicitly.

Can I request a qualified nurse?

Yes, you can enquire about nursing care. Suitable staffing, credentials, clinical instructions and pricing must be confirmed.
