Selangor enquiries start with the care address, postcode, setting and requested date. The MCS enquiry team is based in Petaling Jaya, but suitable staffing and travel are considered for each location. This page is not a claim that MCS has a branch or immediate caregiver cover in every Selangor town.
A stay-out worker attends a defined shift and travels to and from the home. A stay-in arrangement includes residence at the care address, with accommodation and rest arrangements to plan. Compare those different requirements rather than assuming that the same monthly fee suits every household.
Stay-out packages cover six days per week with six-, eight-, ten- or twelve-hour daily options. Relatives or separately arranged support cover time outside the shift. Include evening, night and off-day assistance in the household plan if the person cannot safely manage those periods independently.
Basic stay-in is RM4,500 per month with four off days; Standard is RM4,800 with two. Their listed replacement cost is RM200 per day when used. Two replacement days on Standard add RM400, making RM5,200 before other separate charges. This is a worked price example, not a customer outcome.
For a stay-in request, include sleeping accommodation, household routines and who supplies the agreed care items. Identify mobility equipment already in use and any clinical requirements needing qualified staff. Travel, equipment, consumables and extra staffing should not be assumed to be part of the headline price.
