Stay-in caregiver packages in Malaysia
Compare the supplied Basic, Standard, Premium, Platinum and Royal Elite rates below. The starting price is only one part of the decision: daily duties, off days, replacement arrangements and any nursing requirements must also fit the person receiving care. Ask for a written confirmation of the chosen package.

Stay-out packages by daily hours
Stay-out options cover six, eight, ten or twelve hours a day, six days per week. Use the person’s daily routine to decide which shift window to discuss. A quotation should confirm the exact hours and days rather than treating a monthly price as unlimited attendance.

Hospital sitter daily arrangements
The supplied hospital list separates the care fee from the food allowance. Compare the total daily amount and ask about ward permission, the actual shift schedule and rest. A stay-in hospital arrangement should be clarified directly; the title alone does not define continuous awake cover.

Off days and replacement cover
The supplied lists have different off-day arrangements by tier. Basic lists four off days and Standard lists two, with off-day replacement charged separately at RM200 per day. For other tiers, ask MCS to confirm what replacement cover is included and how it will be arranged.

What to include in the final quotation
Ask for a quotation that records the care address, intended start date, hours, responsibilities and worker type. Discuss any equipment, consumables, travel, accommodation or extra cover that may apply. This makes it easier to compare the actual arrangement rather than only the headline price.
