A home enquiry can cover washing, dressing, meals, companionship and mobility assistance. Include the activities needing help and the parts of the day relatives already cover. Scheduled stay-out care and a resident stay-in arrangement provide different patterns of household support.
Give the unit number, postcode and practical entry instructions. For an apartment, include lift access and security arrangements that may affect arrival. For any home, mention steps, mobility aids and the space available for agreed equipment. These details help prepare a useful first handover.
Stay-in packages start at RM4,500. Basic lists four off days with RM200 per day replacement if used; covering all four adds RM800 to the base price. Stay-out begins at RM3,500 for six hours daily, six days per week. This comparison concerns published care fees, not a guarantee of all-inclusive costs.
List any clinical procedures alongside ordinary daily assistance. Royal Elite is the published qualified nurse package at RM7,500 for 30 days. Appropriate worker qualifications, procedures and hours need to fit the individual requirement; the family’s treating team supplies the clinical instructions.
