Caregiver applications
The Join Us form collects contact details, preferred work category and location, experience, languages, availability, work authorisation status, qualifications, a CV and a photo. MCS uses these for recruitment review and to contact you about suitable opportunities.
Why we use it
MCS uses enquiries received through WhatsApp to discuss care, contact you and prepare a quotation. WhatsApp processes the message through its service. The care enquiry form does not email or store your details on this website.
Your CV & photo
Application details, your CV and your photo are sent to the configured MCS recruitment inbox. They are not placed in a publicly accessible website upload folder. Temporary upload files are handled by the hosting service during submission; email providers process the attachments for delivery and inbox storage. Ask MCS about its recruitment retention arrangements or request correction or deletion.
Website storage
Only recruitment email forms use a session cookie for submission protection and temporary recovery of entries after an error. Care enquiries are prepared in your browser for WhatsApp. This build includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Access & questions
Email info@malaysiacaregivers.com to request correction, access or deletion, or ask how your enquiry is retained. MCS may need to verify your identity and any applicable retention requirements.
Care information
If further health information is needed for assessment, the team should explain what is required and the appropriate way to share it. Do not include information about another person without appropriate permission. For recruitment, do not attach passport or identity card scans, bank information or patient records.
