Clear expectations.
A considered decision.

An online enquiry begins a conversation. It is not a payment, care contract or confirmation of placement.

PRACTICAL DETAILS FOR YOUR NEXT STEP

Plan with more confidence.

Helpful details, clear questions and the information to prepare before making an arrangement.

01

Quotation & availability

Prices shown come from the supplied MCS package lists. The team confirms availability, needs, duties and a written quotation before acceptance.

02

What to confirm

Agree staffing, hours, rest, off days, replacements, equipment, consumables and cancellation conditions in the service agreement.

03

Information on this website

Family guides provide general planning information. They do not replace individual instructions from a treating professional. Illustrative images are AI-generated and do not show actual MCS staff or clients.

04

Urgent assistance

This enquiry form is not monitored as an emergency service. If someone needs urgent medical help, contact Malaysia’s emergency service at 999.

05

Using the WhatsApp enquiry form

The Contact Us form prepares your name, address, contact number, selected package and description as a WhatsApp message. Submit opens WhatsApp, where you must tap Send to contact MCS. Opening a prepared message does not by itself create a confirmed booking or authorise payment.

  • Review the prepared message
  • Tap Send in WhatsApp
  • Wait for booking confirmation
06

Keeping agreed changes in writing

If dates, duties, hours or the care location change after a quotation, ask MCS to review the arrangement. Keep a written record of the revised price and responsibilities before the new plan begins. Staffing and replacement options should be confirmed for the particular assignment.

  • Explain the requested change
  • Confirm revised charges
  • Keep the agreed scope
